4d. XSGD Withdrawals via Xfers (Fee structure updated)

Dear Valued Users,

We have updated XSGD withdrawals via Xfers. To make a withdrawal with Xfers, please select “Wallet” from the menu and choose “XSGD” from the list of cryptocurrencies displayed. 

The steps are as follows:

Open the Menu

Select "Wallet"

Select XSGD

Select "Withdraw" then "Xfers"

Please note that: 

1. The withdrawal fee is 1 XSGD or 0.5% of the total withdrawal amount (whichever is higher).

2. You must withdraw into your own bank account. Withdrawals into third-party bank accounts will be rejected.
3. Withdrawal requests submitted will typically be processed in 1 business day.
