Job Descriptions
As an Operations Executive, you will play a crucial role in our operations team, specifically focusing on cryptocurrency OTC (Over-the-Counter) trades. Your responsibilities will include providing quotations, handling settlements, and ensuring the seamless execution of cryptocurrency trades. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience and develop a deep understanding of cryptocurrency operations in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with trading and credit desks to understand their needs and translate them into actionable requirements to deliver key roadmap items and system enhancements for trading and credit platforms.
• Drive new trade volume to the OTC desk by engaging with the clients to identify their liquidity/trading needs, and providing trade execution support for all OTC products.
• Provide accurate and timely quotations for cryptocurrency OTC trades.
• Foster close collaboration with IT development teams, translate requirements to development tasks, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions and documentations.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate cryptocurrency trade settlements.
• Ensure compliance with cryptocurrency industry regulations and internal policies.
• Monitor cryptocurrency trade activities and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
• Assist in the documentation and secure storage of cryptocurrency trade-related information.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency in the cryptocurrency space.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
• Basic understanding of cryptocurrency markets and trading is a plus.
• Fluent in English, Chinese and/or German is a plus.
