As a Member, you will be able to engage in Cryptocurrency Trading on the Website. Currently, the accepted cryptocurrencies include Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum and Ethereum Classic ("Accepted Cryptocurrencies", or individually an "Accepted Cryptocurrency").
Data Protection
Coinut Switzerland AG shall at all times comply with the Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) as well as other applicable Swiss laws and international regulations, where applicable, governing the handling of Personal Data.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. You agree that the Swiss courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual claims).
