What Is The Processing Time for Cryptocurrency Transaction?

The deposits of cryptocurrency are processed automatically.

However, there are different confirmations required for different cryptocurrency blockchain in our exchange platform. Hence, your submitted transaction would still need some time to reach the destinated account based on the number of confirmations required.

Withdrawal  

The withdrawal of cryptocurrency is processed semi-automatically depending on the user's KYC verification status. 

For the withdrawals that need to be processed manually, we usually process it within 4 hours after the withdrawal request submission during 10am to 10pm Singapore Time. However, it may take a longer time to process during the weekends and public holidays, but we will try our best to process it as soon as possible.
