What Is The Processing Time for Fiat Currency Transaction?

The deposits and withdrawals of fiat currencies are currently handled by the team manually. 

Our processing time is usually within 4 hours during UTC+8 Singapore Time 9 am - 10 pm. It might be longer during weekends and public holidays.

We understand that this will bring inconveniences to our beloved users; hence, we are minimizing the processing time whether transactions fall on weekdays or weekends / public holidays or not.
