How Can I Withdraw Cryptocurrencies?

To withdraw, after you log in, click on the "Wallet" at the top right corner of the page:

Then, select the currency type that you wish to withdraw. Let's use LTC in this example. 

Next, fill up the following form with your wallet address and the amount that you want to withdraw. 

If you have enabled your two-factor authentication, you need to open your two-factor authentication app on your mobile phone, and then input your 6-digit one-time password. 

And then click the Submit button. After that, you will receive an email, where you can confirm or cancel your withdrawal by clicking the corresponding links in the email. After your confirmation, we will process your withdrawal and send you the funds.
