Why am I not Receiving Referral Bonuses?

The referral bonuses are usually processed in 1-2 days.

If you did not receive it, there may be a few reasons causing it:

• It is still under process.

• Duplicate accounts will not be paid. 

• Directly registered accounts will not be paid. 

• Using proxies/VPNs may not get you paid.

• If multiple accounts have the same IP address, only one account may get the sign-up bonus. 

• If multiple accounts using the same device to sign up, only one account may get the sign-up bonus.
