Coinut has limited the SGD deposit up to S$5,000 per transaction since August 2019. We understand that this may cause some inconvenience to you, thus, we are now accepting applications for upgrading the account. Please take note that this upgrade is only eligible for SG users who are KYC verified.
You are able to increase your deposit limit by submitting one or more of the following supporting documents:-
- Savings from salary (Basic and/or Bonus)
- Recent 3 months bank statements
- Recent 3 months payslips with company stamp verified
- Recent 3 months CPF statements
- Recent 3 years of IRAS tax assessments
- Others (documents confirming the source, such as a sale of a house, sale of shares, Inheritance, etc)
**Submitted documents must be shown in the full-page view. For e-statements of bank, CPF, and IRAS tax return statements, we require them to be submitted in pdf format
To upgrade your account, you may send the documents to firstname.lastname@example.org by using the email address that you have registered on Coinut.
This verification will take approximately 7 working days to complete, and you will receive an update via email. Your account will be upgraded and the deposit limit will be increased to S$20,000 per transaction if the documents are verified.
Users are able to deposit more than S$20,000 a day once the deposit limit has been increased to S$20,000 per transaction. However, it has to be split into multiple transactions as the amount of deposit is limited to S$20,000 per transaction. For example, S$50,000 can be split as two S$20,000 deposits and one S$10,000 deposit.
Please note that all SGD deposits are free of charge no matter how many transactions you make.
