- Notify Coinut via support@coinut.com immediately upon discovery of the loss.
- Provide detailed information regarding the incident.
3. Investigation and Resolution Process
- Internal Review: An internal team will review the claim.
- Collaboration with Third Parties: We will collaborate with relevant third parties, including law enforcement agencies, to resolve the issue.
- Outcome Notification: Customers will be informed of the investigation outcome.
- Compensation Decision: A decision will be made regarding compensation based on the investigation findings.
4. Insurance Coverage
- Currently, we do not offer insurance coverage for customer-related claims.
- All compensation claims are handled internally.
5. Claim Process
- Submit Claim Notification: Customers must submit a claim notification to Coinut.
- Provide Supporting Documentation: Relevant supporting documents must be provided.
