In order to comply with the Travel Rule stated in the Payment Service Act by the Monetary Authority of Singapore, all users' deposits have to be verified first before crediting to Coinut Account to make sure that the funds are not coming from third parties.
- If you are depositing from a Financial Institution, eg. Binance, Coinhako, etc, you are required to take a screenshot of the deposit transaction on the Financial Institution's funding page and submit it to support@coinut.com.
- If you are depositing from your own personal wallet, eg. Ledger Nano S/X, Metamask, Litewallet, etc, please fill up the Wallet Address Declaration Form to declare all the wallet addresses that will be used for deposits or withdrawals. You do not need to fill-up the form every time you deposit unless you are deposit from or withdraw to a new wallet address that you have not declared before.
Please take note that your deposit will be pending for process if you have not enabled 2-Factor Authenticator due to security reasons. You are able to enable your 2FA at https://coinut.com/account/settings.
Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at support@coinut.com.
