Why my account is frozen?
Your account is frozen because you have clicked on the "freeze account link" in the login or withdrawal notification emails.
How to unfreeze my account?
To unfreeze your account, kindly send the following information to support@coinut.com for verification purpose:
- Username
- Email Address
- Registered phone number
- Last login date
- Any use referral link/code upon registration. If yes, kindly provide it.
Please take note that extra information or documents may be required for verification purposes.
Once your information has been verified, your account will be unfrozen immediately.
