To withdraw in SGD, you must first verify your bank account on the SGD funding page under the section of "Manage Bank Accounts". You may refer to How Can I Add Singapore Bank Accounts? for the detailed steps.
Requirements
The following information must be seen on your bank statements:
- Name: Must be a match with the KYC documents you have submitted
- Address
- Issued Date: Must be dated within 3 months from the date of submission
- Bank Account Number
- Bank Logo
- Header and Footer: Top and bottom portions of the statement
The bank statement must be uploaded in a full-page form without cropping. However, you are able to hide or blur out the sensitive information (balance etc) without cropping the document.
Do not have a bank statement?
If your bank account issues only a Passbook instead of bank statements, you may upload the first page of your passbook. Make sure that the uploaded document includes:-
- Name: Must be a match with the KYC documents you have submitted
- NRIC: Must be a match with the KYC documents you have submitted
- Bank Account Number
- Bank Logo
To avoid delays when verifying your account, make sure that these documents are:
- Must fulfill the above-stated requirements
- Entirely visible (every single detail must be readable without any blur)
- Take the photos somewhere brightly lit
- Turn flash off to avoid glare on your documents
- In high quality, unobstructed and not cropped
- We recommend you upload in PDF form rather than image format.
