What ID documents do you accept?

To avoid delays when verifying your account, make sure that these documents are:

• Entirely visible (every single detail must be readable without any blur)
• Take the photos somewhere brightly lit
• Turn flash off to avoid glare on your documents
• In high quality, unobstructed and not cropped
• Valid, with expiry date visible.
• Valid for at least six months as of uploading date 
• Do not take a picture of a picture
• Submitted documents that are not in English (otherwise stated) may cause rejection or take a longer time to process  
• Users who simply upload any images that are not related to the required documents would be treated as mischief, and would get your account disabled without any notice. Both of you and the user who refer you would not get any bonus. 

We accept the following documents for verification purposes:-

Singapore Users

• Passport (must be valid for more than 6 months)
• NRIC
• FIN ID (Employment Pass / Student Pass / LTVP etc)

China Users

• Passport (must be valid for more than 6 months)
• National ID
• Residence ID
• Driver License

Philippines users

We accept the following government-issued IDs:

• Passport (must be valid for more than 6 months)
• Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID)
• Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID
• Postal ID

Indonesian users

• Passport (must be valid for more than 6 months)
• National ID Card - KTP / E-KTP (must with a valid expiry date)
• Driver License (SIM)

We are not able to accept KTP / E-KTP that has expired, please upload a valid Passport / SIM instead.  

Vietnamese users

• Passport (must be valid for more than 6 months)
• Driver License 

Bangladesh users

• Passport (must be valid for more than 6 months)
• Smart NID (We do not accept laminated NID)
• Driver's License

Nigerian users

• Passport (must be valid for more than 6 months)
• National ID card (e-card)
• New NIN Slip with QR code
• Driver's License

Other International Users

• Passport (must be valid for more than 6 months)
• National ID Card (must be in English / with English translation)
• Driver License (must be in English / with English translation)
