What is Coinut Swap?

Coinut Swap is a product that allows you to swap one cryptocurrency asset for another asset almost instantly with just a few clicks. This service is available 24/7 and supports quick withdrawal of assets upon swap confirmation. 

Which countries are supported?

This is currently available to all verified users with our Singaporean entity, i.e. Coinut Pte. Ltd.

What trading pairs are currently supported?

The currently supported trading pairs are USDT and XSGD. We are continuously working to expand the range of available trading pairs. Stay tuned for updates on new pair listings.

What are the trading limits?

• Minimum Swap Limit: 1 USD or equivalent 
• Maximum Swap Limit: 1 million USD or equivalent

How can I ensure my trading is safe with Coinut?

1. Licensing

Granted by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), we are exempted from holding a license and we adhere to the regulations under the Payment Services Act for the below payment services :

• Digital Payment Token
• E-money Issuance
• Account Issuance

2. Security Measures

We adhere to the Technology Risk Management (TRM) Guidelines from MAS. In addition, we are ISO 27001 certified, which means we adhere to strict standards for information security management and continuously improve our practices to protect your data. E.g. we utilize encryption, two-factor authentication (2FA), and other security protocols to safeguard your account and trading activities.

Are there any transaction fees?

There are no fees for using Coinut Swap.

How long is the quote valid, and what happens after it expires?

Quotes are valid for 10 seconds. If the quote expires, you will need to initiate the swap transaction again to receive a new quote.

How long is the settlement time for Swap?

Every Swap transaction is processed immediately. Once you submit a transaction, it will typically appear in your transaction history within seconds, and you will also receive an email notification about its status once it is completed. However, please note that transactions with large volumes may take longer than usual to process.
